Global Admin or any other privileged admin.
  • Login to the Microsoft 365 Purview portal and go to the Audit tab.
  • Select the required date and time range.
  • Choose the following operations in the Activities - operation names field.

    MoveToDeletedItems, SoftDelete, HardDelete

  • Now, run Search.
